We assist schools and districts to align and integrate their systems and programs to produce optimal student results.

We work in partnership with school systems to promote the essential dimensions of a high performing school system, which include Strategic Planning and Integrated Systems. In particular, we support and assist school districts and state education departments to develop high-quality systems which focus on:

attainment, learning, and teaching; curriculum and assessment
alignment and coherence of system focus on learning
leadership, culture, and accountability
management of human and fiscal resources
operational systems
stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

Following a school review our consultants use our School Improvement Planning tools to assist and support school administrators to develop School Action Plans which are linked to the school’s goals and include short, medium and long term key performance indicators.
